Hi, I’m Annette Walters and I ran a small business for eight years in the service industry. I hold an MBA in Entrepreneurship and specialize in operations, communications, and management strategy. I’m also a certified bookkeeper and a content writer. All of my experience and education give me the ability to assist small businesses on many levels, depending on their needs. I specialize in the service, wellness, and experience-based industries, but I have experience and education in product-based industries as well.
How it works: I work as a fractional team member, aligning my skills to a founder/owner’s specific needs for a fraction of what it would cost to hire someone full-time.

Having an overall understanding of your books helps me see where spending is happening and where you might be more strategic about it. Not only that—I can also give you a big picture of how your company is performing and make predictions based on that performance.
